1. Pre-Production (Planning Stage) This phase ensures smooth filming and satisfied clients. You’ll need: Client Brief / Booking Form – confirm date, time, venue, and event type. Event Schedule / Program – timeline of key moments (entrance, speeches, dances, etc.). Shot List – highlights you must capture (decor, guests, ceremony, reactions). Crew Setup – camera operator(s), assistant, sound tech, and drone pilot if needed. Equipment Prep – test cameras, batteries, audio, lighting, and backup gear. Wardrobe – wear professional or event-appropriate attire. Location Scouting – check lighting conditions and layout before the day. Client Communication – confirm expectations (style, music, duration, delivery format). Contracts & Payment – confirm deposits, terms, and final balance.
