You’ll need: Client / Production Brief – confirm show title, date, time, and location. Script or Show Outline – understand key scenes, lighting changes, and transitions. Rehearsal Access – attend a rehearsal to plan camera angles and timing. Crew Setup – main camera operator, second camera (optional), sound engineer, and lighting assistant. Camera Plan / Shot List – decide on wide, medium, and close-up angles for coverage. Venue Layout Map – know stage dimensions, lighting positions, and audience setup. Audio Plan – connect to venue’s sound desk or use external recorders for clean dialogue and music. Permissions & Rights – confirm filming approval from director and cast. Power & Backup Gear – ensure stable power and battery backups for long performances.
